1. Which milk frothers do you sell? We curate a focused selection of electric milk frothers for home use: handheld wand style and countertop auto-frothers. Each one is tested to work with cow, oat, almond, and soy milk. They whip hot foam for latte art and cold foam for iced coffee, all with easy one-button operation.
2. Where do you ship? We ship everywhere in the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are processed from our US warehouse, so you get consistent transit once your package is in the system.
3. What are my shipping options and times? We offer Standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping is $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and handed to the carrier before dispatch time starts.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to see if the frother is a good fit. It must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first to get return instructions. You will cover return shipping unless the item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, in which case we'll cover the label.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we email the tracking number and carrier link. All US orders run through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever is most efficient for your zone. You can also log into your account on our website to view tracking status at any time.
6. Are these frothers dishwasher safe? Our electric wands and most auto-frother whisk attachments are dishwasher safe. The base units and any high-heat elements should be wiped with a damp cloth only. For specific model care, check the Care Guide shown on the product page or in the box.
7. Can I froth cold milk for iced coffee? Absolutely. Every PODEN model supports cold frothing. That means you can get that lush, silky cold foam for iced mochas and cold brew. Cold foam holds a bit shorter than hot foam, so serve it up right away.
8. Do you use magnetic coupling on the wand? Most of our units use a reliable magnetic coupling between the motor and the whisk, which means no spindle or seal to degrade over time. This seals in the steam pressure and keeps cleaning simple. We also recommend storing the wand upright dry to preserve the motorboots.
